    Hey up people,

I'm currently in my 32 Week recruit training for the UK Royal Marine's which is very CV based. Once I've passed training I'll be working on muscle gain a lot more.

I started doing the odd few weights here and there and used to weigh 15.2 stone last xmas. I've managed to drop down to 11.4 stone and I was just wondering what area's you guys think I should work on? When I look in the mirror e.t.c. My shoulders/arm's seem like there out of proportion. I'd rather have a 2nd opinion though.

    Cheers

    Haux

ow!! I look at that pick and all I see is a bolt sticking out from the side of the mirror that I know I'd bang my head on. Hope ya just put the mirror there for the snap.

your right tho, them shoulders do out of proportion compared to arms.

At the moment I do Military press, Barbell Front Raise & Barbell Upright Row = 3x10-12 and a shed load of press up's. Am I doing too much or am I missing out a key exercise?
