    Well, I'm feeling brave! Quite a lot of you have been bugging me to get pics up. After the brill progress I realise I have made this week I was almost there. I was actually holding back mainly for an LH montage with the proper comparison pics, but this morning's shopping made me change my mind!

    Basically, I tried on a dress for my other half's footie team Xmas do, and I would NEVER NEVER have even tried it on before. Ever. But....well. Umm, I was SHOCKED!!

    So, I thought that while I was feeling brave (or mad, I'm not sure yet!) I would post my pics. The proper montage from LH will come when I've got the proper comparison pics, but I am so proud of how I have turned things round, and of how the hard (very hard!) work is paying off I wanted to share it!!

    I'm even going to put my FAT picture up!! Sure, my muscles need some work but at the moment fat loss is the main objective. The muscles will come.

    Admittedly the sheep fat, swimming costume and being very cold don't exactly make this a pretty pic, but it was the one that made me realise things had to change!! I may have been extremely fit, but being fat and fit was not something I was happy with!
