Thanks guys, appreciate the comments.
Firstly, Thanks to Lionhair for sorting out the pictures for me.
A poor excuse I know, I choose the darker lighting as I'm really pale skinned and apart from the delts, the muscles dont show very well.
I'm not a body builder, to be honest there are to many other things in life I enjoy which I would have to cut out for the discipline required. I'm much more of an althlete, I swam for 10 years and did some boxing, which I still train for as my main cardio exercise. I workout four times a week, I dont really follow a particular program, although I do track my progress on exercises. Saying that I'm very strict with my core training as I felt big improvements as soon as I started working on my core strength. My diet, to be honest, is average health wise, I don't eat sweets, chocolate fast food, etc. Mainly pizzas, jacket potatoes, natural yoghurt, cottage cheese, pasta bakes and too many packets of crisps. I do eat a little veg. Other than that it's anything that can be bought at Greggs. I eat a lot of quick-fix foods. Supplement wise I stick strictly to MP Weight Gainer Elite, which to be honest has done wonders for me, an awesome product, with a tablespoon of MP Creatine Monohydrate in each shake, which I drink with full fat milk. On top of that I use <Competitor's Creatine Product Name> which I love and which also works wonders, although is very expensive. Is there anything very close to this that MP provides?
Im 5 foot 8 and just about 11 stone. I'm looking to make my way to 12, but am in no rush as I found it a bit of a struggle to move myself around doing sport when I first hit 11 stone.
My chest I need to work on I know, I was benching 95kg till christmas came along and ruined itFor the legs, I will try get some up soon.
Thanks.

Smash, you really have got a lovely back, and agreed, delts are top!!
If you are a natural athlete (hey fellow swimmer!!) and not a body builder then don't try and be something you're not. Doesn't mean you can't work on the bits you want to. Greg is right, you don't have to bulk!!!
Fit, healthy and strong and happy with your body and it's all good!
Welcome Smash...and look forward to hearing from you more
P.S. I have that problem with the lighting and skin colour too, doesn't show up the muscle tone. Grrrrr...
Fat is my enemy, not muscle or fitness. I refuse to accept today's projection of femininity being stick thin and obsessed with make up and fashion.![]()
My picture thread! My Training Log!
Thank you
I used to be a swimmer, now I'm more of a drowner. Nah, honestly I can do about 2 or 3 lengths then a 5 minute active rest during which my brain goes into overdrive wondering how the hell I used to do it for 2 hours at a time.
I want to get up to 12 stone, I think that any bigger than that and I will have trouble moving myself, and that I won't like. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with my body apart from I could do with being a bit taller.
