its been a while... trainings been off 'n' on and a very inconsistent regime
It also doesnt help that i was living a Charlie Sheen kinda lifestyle... just not as extravagant $$$
Anyways, when i have been hitting the gym been doing 5x5 strong-lifts - unfortunately diet and alcohol consumption has taken its toll, but this week im back on track and also gonna hit some new supps - mainly creatine which I have been against from the start but now i'm thinking summer is just round the corner. I wish my training wasn't seasonal but hey - such is life. So here's me at 80kgs Feb 15th 2011, see you again in a month![]()
