beN123: you know how it is mate... never happy with what you got... once you start training your always striving for perfection.
as i'm bulking up now, anyone got any advice/comments for me? diet? training?
These pics were taken tonight on a full stomach (3 chicken breasts and pasta!)... and no 'pump' as finished from the gym hours ago and only worked on legs today.
I know i need a wax and a tan but i'll tackle that closer to summer...

I just noticed you have what looks like a pretty bad rash on your back there. Is that a result of your diet/workout routine? Or was it already there...?
Top results there mate, a huge transformation
Dont worry about having a long way to go, everyone with a good physique I know thinks this too, it's what keeps them motivated. The day you sit back and have 'made it' is the day you start growing moobs!

thanks again people - i've been looking through other members threads and theres been some pretty awesome transformations over the years... very inspiring
Terra: i get that rash when i get my back waxed... its so annoying, gotta choose between being a yeti or a spotty... the only time it really clears up is when my back is exposed to sun and sea water in cyprus. Come to think of it, it has been worse since i've been having the creatine though, do you reckon that could affect it?
Monkfish: hit the nail on the head![]()
amazing progress mate, very well done. I bet your glad you took the plunge! Is your bodyfat the same now or higher or is it just the creatine holding water? Do you plan on cycling off it soon? Any tips on bulking while keeping fat gain minimal? That will be my next task.
Motokouk:
Hi mate, definitely –I am glad but it’s very easy to get addicted… as many people have already asked me if I am. My response is: it’s a ‘healthy obsession’ to have, I hardly ever drink and I don’t smoke (anything).
Well the pics on the 1st page my BF was around 9.7%, but now it’s around 15%. I’m aiming to get it down again for summer. From my experience and what I have researched etc, there’s no sure fire way of a clean lean bulk if your genetics/body does not allow it (like my body type)
I have friends who started training the same time as me and follow a similar diet/training regime and they are always defined as hell! With something like 10% BF no matter what they eat. After accepting this - the only way I could get the body shape I wanted for last summer was to follow a very strict diet and loads of cardio!
I’ve been bulking for nearly 2 weeks now and have put on around 5kgs, probably only a very small % of that is muscle, but I guess we’ll see what kinda results I get after I cut down.
