    Hi all,
I’m a long time consumer of MP products but have never really used the forum.
Here is the story of my ongoing quest for a MH cover model type physic.
Back in august 2007 I was weighing in at around 97-100kgs (trouser size 40-42), being 5'11" I hid it quite well with baggy clothing and bad posture.

But I was living a very unhealthy life of binging on comfort food and late night takeaways. There were a few events that helped to tip the scales to go down the health route...
    1. Splitting with my girlfriend - just made me more depressed and drove me to eat more for a little while, then realised I had to get into shape to feel better about myself (had no confidence at all)
    2. When a random guy came up to me in a pub and took the piss out of my moobs – unprovoked
    3. When my GP told me I was unhealthily overweight for my height.

Drastically changing my diet meant I was more energetic and starting going for light jogs in park, walking home from work instead of catching the bus etc. After about 6months of loads of cardio and healthy eating I got my weight down to around 76kgs (trouser size 32-34).

Next I signed up to a virgin active gym which was conveniently across the road from my work place, continuing the CV work out on weekends I began weight training and having supplements: MP Green Tea, MP WPI, MP BCAAs+ and omega 369. I manage to put on around 10kgs in 6months and looked and felt fitter by summer 2008 (9.7% BF going by an Omron scale).

It’s now march and I want a trim figure for this summer, but I want to pile on as much muscle in the next couple of months as possible, then start cutting down around the end of May. I am not as lean as the pic above as the creatine has bloated me right up, but will post some new pics hopefully next week.

My current daily diet usually consists of:

6.30am oats with MP Total Protein, dried fruit, rice milk and honey
8.45am either a protein shake or 2 slices of brown bread toast with peanut butter
    10.30am snack – nuts/protein bar/fruit
12.30pm either 2 chicken breast or 2tins of tuna with salad
    3.30pm snack – nuts/protein bar/fruit
4.30pm creatine drink (by competitor – only taken on days I train)
    7.45pm MP Recovery XS + 3 tabs of BCAA’s
10.00pm chicken breast/steak or sometimes neither as just too tired to cook.

My current training (4-5days per week):

CV - Around 1.5hrs of interval cardio per week (light jogging/cycling/x trainer/stepper)

Weights - I have no set days for muscle groups and just tend to do as many of the list below in a 2 week cycle, currently either doing to failure or dropsets (sorry if I use the wrong names/terminology):

    Back
    Deadlifts
    Widegrip pull ups
    Closegrip pull ups
    Single arm BOR DB
    Hyperextensions
    Widegrip cable row

    Chest
    Flat bench press
    Flat bench DB press
    Incline DB press
    Swiss ball kettlebell flys
    cable crossovers
    dips (leaning forward)

    Shoulders
    Arnie presses
    side raises db
    front raises db
    behind neck bb presses
    seated rear delt flys

    Legs
    squats
    leg extenstions
    leg curls
    calve raises

    Arms
tricep extension (underhand and overhand grip)
    skull crushers
    seated incline curls
    close grip ez bar curls

    Abs/obliques
    swiss ball crunches
    swiss ball cross crunches
    swiss ball weighted crunches
    swiss ball jack knife
    weighted standing side bends

I’ve probably missed a few things out, but that’s definitely the gist of things.
Please comment on anything and everything... I want to get from my current physic to as close to a MH cover as possible within 5months. When cutting - I think I’m going to have to do a lot of lower ab work as stomach is all stretched out from how big I was.

Oh yeh, 2 injuries I have to work around are fractured collar bone and damaged cartilage in my knee.

    Thanks

    Savvy

Well from what you have achieved so far i wouldn't worry about that...that's one of the best transformations i've seen in a long time.
