I'll show my progress in pictures here, and in words in my journal

I only started training and eating properly 2 weeks ago so there isnt much progress yet. Im on a high protein diet trying to bulk a little, i have gained 2 inches on my chest in 2 weeks though

Here's some pics from 2 years ago when i first joined MP. Was just under 9 stone.

Updates in next couple of posts, i can only post 4 images at a time.

And here's me today, 9.8stone. Chest is 2" wider than those last pics. Note - these pics are only just over a week later so there's not much difference.

Not got any leg pics because iv only just started doing them. Theyre pretty toned to say iv not really done much work on them but theyre not very big.

I'll post some more in a few weeks or so.

    Any comments?

In terms of noticeable changes, how much you expecting to notice within a couple of weeks? You should maybe take pics less frequently.
