Im 21, and been training for about a year now. Weight=70kgs
I train 3 times a week and run 6/7miles twice a week.
My supplements include True Whey (5lb) and Ultra Fine Scottish Oats.

im trying to bulk up on mp's total gainer, gained 4pounds ina month. not great but im gna keep trying.

If the 4lb were purely muscle mass then you would be doing perfectly fine.
I hope that you are not banking on the weight gainer to put on muscle mass, you need to keep training hard to get the muscle's growing, as I am sure that you are aware.
