    Okay, so having posted and asking about how to improve size without gaining body fat, I have decided to make a progress thread with measurements and photos so that I can monitor progress better!

    Anyway, here we go...

    Statistics:

    Age 21
    Weight 12st 7lb
    Height 6'0"

    Upper Arm 14"
    Forearm 13"
    Chest 42"
    Waist 32"
    Thigh 20"
    Body Fat 11.09%

    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

    No problem on moving post, wasn't 100% on where to put it!

    Thanks for posts guys! Positive stuff

    Will try to update measurements every fortnight (although won't be that impressive on builds I think), and photos every month!

    clean bulk + 300 kcals +a days or so should gain some thickness with little or no fat

    Let me make sure I have this right, clean bulk/kcals are like carbs w/o sugar content right? Or am I a mile off?!

    yeah more or less right, add oats etc to help bulk up!
