    I struggle with them, to be honest, due to a) rotator cuff issues and b) carrying most of my weight in my lower half. I can do five chins and one or two pull-ups so long as I keep my weight down.
    I'm 10 st 12 in the photos but got up to 11 st 8 after Christmas and could only do a single chin as a result. Hopefully, if I drop some more fat (which is the intention - I want more definition) then my chins will go up.

    Thanks Charlene - do bear in mind that I've been at this for over 20 years now! And I still have the typical female problem areas (that's why it's mostly waist-up photos!) I envy women who have lean, dimple-free thighs as well.
