Hey guys, ive been training for about 4 months and i personally am pleased with the results, there not great but im happy as im at school full time and work a part time job. Within this time ive learned alot (mainly due to this board) and have come off a 5-day split as this is ridiculus!
Monday starting on MartinM's pre-contest routine, hoping to see some good results from that.

    Any comments welcome
Any ideas of bodyfat now from my Feburary pics?

looking good dude but i wouldnt recommend doing the martin m plan. this is what he uses to get down to seriously shredded size pre contest for only 1 day, if u wanna put on size its not gonna be worth reducing cals dramaticly and training to loose fat.

u wanna eat loads and train heavy!

Mate, I don't think pre-contest is the way to go at the moment. I'll be honest and say that it looks like you're not eating nearly enough. Post your diet up

As a skinny guy you're going to need about 18-20x your body weight (lbs) in Kcals to gain LBM. About 25% protein, 30% fat, and the rest from carbs.
Do a search, there are loads of similar posts on MP. A recent one that springs to mind is Olly's. Also search for lists of recommended foods, I think Finlee posted a few good ones up

Wow! Thats a tight waistline you have there Tom89! BB'ing pre-contest routines are for shredding the fat (pretty dramatically) once you have got the most bulk you can get for your weight category, and you'd inevitably lose some muscle as well..No offense mate, but you need to do the 'most bulk' bit before you even consider shredding a la pre-contest routine.
