Good pics. I think you should work on your chest as it's what struck me as the odd one out, in terms of muscle groups.

    Cheers guys,

You're right about the chest. I'm really not happy with it in comparison to everything else so think I'll maintain elsewhere and focus on a specialisation programme. I've been reading about this on t-nation recently too, but hadn't seen those links. Thanks for posting them SLW

Also, my lats have come on a little but you're right WOFD - my posing of them is crap! Off out now, but will post a rear lat spread pic soon to see what’s really going on.

Laughed about my arm development, that happened by accident when I was trying to get my chest and back up! Haha

As for show weight, it seems there isnt any restriction if I enter in the novice class of next year's BNBF, however I think I'll end up around the mid 80kg's like stronglikewood suggests. The date for the South is 20th June, so mid March will be 15 week out prep-time!

Thanks again for taking the time to post.

That's what I love about compounds, you can forget the endless dumbell curls etc and your arms/shoulders will naturally grow as you develop your legs, back and chest.

Nice work overall mate and you can see you've developed a lot more from your first post...just the chest that needs a bit more mass/thickness.

As suggested, here is a rear lat spread (posing is crap, but I'm working on it!). What do you think? Do my lats need a specialisation phase too, or just focussing on bringing them out more when posing?

Cheers bud, but have the DB benches paid off?!

Here are my progress pics after 4 weeks and 10 chest specialisation workouts. Let me know what you think!
