Not sure yet Monkfish. I say rest for a week and then evaluate, give your chest time to grow from its battering. Even then I would say you won't really know until you start cutting and get to the same bodyfat % as on the first page. I don't think you'll be dissapointed.

Good improvements mate, I still think you need a bigger chest, still strikes me as the odd one out... I think it's cos you have big lats... your chest is probablly massive haha

Sorry ATZ, missed your post bud! I locked out a 220kg deadlift last week, have got a double 180kg squat the week previous and a 120ishkg bench (rarely do barbell bench!). So final total is roughly 520kg now.
Apologies for the constant pic updates, but I started my diet today, so here are my 'Week One's'.....

Looking good man, (<edited: not trying to chat you up!>) I'd still focus on your chest though, loads of dumbell flys, cable flys, barbell press... if you can get that nice cut line under your pecs, to me you've got a freakin great body! everything else is spot on...IMO
