    Looking good. I'm no expert but try to depress your traps on your lat spread, and its probably worth reading up on and practicing poses for when you compete. Good luck.

    I agree that my chest does look like its lagging now, however there's deff. some mass there since I've been concentrating on training it so hopefully it will come out with my abs in the cut. Really difficult bulking as I hate putting fat on and looking 'softer', however it looks like it have increased my lean size, and not just the strain on my scales!

    Toby, you're right - my posing is poor right now! Any links to where I can read up on it bud? Have started practicing a bit, but struggling to get the info. to learn it right.

    Think I'll take some more pics in three or four weeks and see what's coming through.

    I think it's your tiny nipples... with regards to what i said about thinkin your chest needs to be bigger...

    Train calves with high reps (16 - 20), as heavy as you can go. A friend showed me this a while ago and the difference compared to a lower rep workout I was doing before is incredible They're used to working with heavy weight for high reps (jogging, sprinting etc.) so need a lot of loading to make them grow.
