    Well, i finally got round to taking pics today of the beer belly, having being hugely influenced by savvy's results i thought i'd give it a try losing all the excess fat i'v got.

    I'm now on the protein shakes (isolate) and thermopure. Got my membership up n running at the gym, plans are to do one and a half hour sessions, atleast 4 days a week, on both cardio and weights.

    Anyway, starting from today my diet starts, i'll post it later when iv got more time. I'll update the thread when iv got news, so take this as a bit of a blog .

    Glad to see you're taking steps forward in reaching your goals....good luck with it all...post up your diet and workout plans...hopefully we can be of some use....if you are going to add updates i'd make a journal...found under 'training journals'

    well done putting pics up mate, must of took a lot courage!

    i think you haven't even got a bad starting point (you aren't really fat mate!)

    start up a training journal, its helped me see my gains alot!
    make sure you have a good compound based weights sessions, good sleep and a good diet! (the last two maybe the most important!)
