I train as I like it....its a sress relief thing as well as making myslef feel stronger. The added muscle thing is more of a by product. Being quite muscular now...and at nearly 35 years old...im also a bit scared to stop...as I know what's going to happen. However....If I knew if I stopped training so much I would hold it well I would probably reduce the ammount I do.
But you look good..and if your just 23 then age is on your side also. Do as you enjoy at the moment...it looks like its working.

You could try some of the Naked Warrior (Pavel - incase your hadnt guessed :P ) if your going free style and want to work strength with nothing and no time without sweating like a bear in a sauna. People might look at your funny doing one handed pushups or pistols in the middle of the carpark/garden/anywhere but you dont strike me as the kinda guy who would care about that

You dont look like you need to though!

A proper picture of RB at last!!lol

I'd say physically you still look good mate. If you don't care about physique why not train for function?

one of my friends does crossfit and thats not about body building but more functional strength. he still lifts massive weights at 77kg BW though!

    Dunno, work and activities.

I can deadlift 150kg for 5 without any sort of training for months, so it's not like i'm really weak at the mo.

I like the idea of some strong-man type training.
I've kinda got bored of the whole 'reciprocating weight's' style training, a barbell up and down up and down, i like things to be more functional.

I enjoy going out on my bike for example and doing some forest tracks, i much prefer this to going out for a sprint.
I can't say i enjoy doing a set routine of weights but i'd enjoy beating up a car or something that's a challenge. (or working physically to earn money)

It'd be great if i had a job where i got paid to lift really heavy things, my work is quite physical in the sense of being on my feet/pulling pallets (and i like doing things the 'hard way') and whatnot but it's not building a big physique at the same time.
