Not looking too bad RB. I'm guessing you've lost little upper body muscle, but maintained or lowered your bf % by doing all your bike riding etc? Certainly look alot healthier than some pictures you posted up when you were alot heavier. If you want good strength without the size then why not consider bodyweight routines. You can develop really good control over your body this way and have very functional strength.

Lol, that's a good point actually.
My parents know a bloke who does washing machine (and other appliance) hire and repair, he lifts them in the back of his van.
He's honestly got pro bodybuilder size arms, i reckon 19"+ biceps and tree trunk forearms, he dosn't train!

Not all the time, it seems to be very variable through the day.
Suprisingly workouts don't make it do it, it seems to happen in the evenings when i can feel vasodilation going on in general, or when i've had a few drinks...
Sometimes it has been even worse than that photo, all the fine veins come up even on the back of my forearm, looks disgusting and people have asked "what's wrong with your arm?!"![]()
