Do you think i have retained good muscle mass for not training?

All i've done is my usual day job in a supermarket and a bit of bike riding, i'm happy with my physique so the question is, do i really need to train?
How can we know if you have retained good muscle mass without a comparison pic.. plus its just a bicep shot... is this for the lulz?

I think once your body fines homeostasis without training you pretty much retain all usable muscle, unless you are my friend who has the fastest metabolism ever - he stopped training weights and went back down to his pre-trained weight within a few months, and he eats a tonne, he found it hard as hell back in the day to put muscle on too, worst hardgainer I have ever witnessed; he must have a thyroid issue.
