I havn't trained whatsoever since march 26 this year, thats like 5 months.

Not touched a single weight at home or been in the gym, not done any press ups etc either.

This is what i look like at 190lb. (the same weight as when i stopped training)

Do you think i have retained good muscle mass for not training?

All i've done is my usual day job in a supermarket and a bit of bike riding, i'm happy with my physique so the question is, do i really need to train?

You look pretty big, you dont NEED to train, if you enjoy it then train if you dont enjoy it then dont bother, I do it because I enjoy it as well as aesthetic reasons...

Well i've just done my first session now (why i wanted to post the pics before i started training again)

I'm just gonna take a 'take it as it comes' attitude to training, freestyle has worked well for me before.

Did some shoulder and arms work tonight.

For some reason i've got the figure of 186lbs in my head as perfect weight (i don't want to be massive but low bodyfat and very strong for my weight) being too heavy isn't good for biking and other activities i do.

It's all about the sweet spot baby

Haha, I've barely trained in the past 3 months either, can't really be bothered anymore. You don't look to me to have lost that much size and if you're comfortable with how you look and feel now then there really is no need for training.
There was a time when I enjoyed lifting weights more than anything, but these days I either can't be bothered or I'm busy.

You'd be in better shape if you ate no carbs and high fat....
Look good. I haven't really trained in 10 months because of my knee and when it gets to that long out, it does become noticeable

You say you want to be strong but without some sort of training plan how would you maintain strength levels?
