    In terms of the guy you aspire to look like, carrying low levels of BF can give the impression of being bigger than you actually are. I doubt he really weighs that much to be honest, most naturals do not pass the 200lb barrier at that level of BF.

    lol surely the body that guy has can be achieved through hard work and dedication without the use of roids. i agree with the de-hydration part though!
