Have you joined a decent gym with squat rack and olympic weights?

Good on you. If you plan on making a 2 year slideshow then every month is a good idea for your pics. I only mentioned posting every 3 months and commming yourself for atleast 1 year as a lot of lifters who have posted pics here do so after a month for maybe 3 at most, don't see that much in the way of results and they never post again.

Yes dead lifts are one of if not the best exercise. They're my favorite as they suit my body type. For other lifters squats are the best exercise. But if you do a variation of both and really focus on bringing up your strength in both you will get bigger and stronger.

I've been going for over 7 years now but have only made real progress this last year. If you check the 'Bio' page of my website you can see how I've progressed. If I'm honest I could've got to where I am now in half the time had I known how to train and eat well from the start.

good base mate, remember consistency is the way to success!
eat clean, train hard, sleep deep, and watch the gains!

    and remember "technique over weight"
i taught all my mates techniques before i let them shove on extra weights, they used to hate it, as ego was hit, but now they are happy, as they are injury free, and gaining muscle!
