Just thought i'd put some pictures up of my progress so far, first image was about 2 years at my heaviest about a year later i was about a stone heavier but didn't have any pictures of then unfortunetly. second image is roughly last November and last image was a few weeks ago. I have been going to the gym since last May, working on a PPL routine with some cardio but not much, keeping my diet pretty strict durin the week but having a bad day at the weekend
At my heaviest I was 14.4 now I am 12.13, future goals are to get bigger and stronger, sayin that lookin gd in the summer is important aswell
sorry about the second image was taken for a kilt website, so some info if anyone wants to know how to measure for a kilt lol

To be fair, you weren't starting from a bad point anyway...but the improvement really is noticeable. Fair play. And just what I needed to see when I'm having my own little crisis of confidence.

With regards to the BT2011, I'm bulking up and I'm in lol (though even just getting fatter would probably help me a lot!)
