So...4 weeks since I began training and took my first photo's...it hasnt been a perfect month (Had a friends birthday..12pints..friend invited us around...bottle and half of whiskey...etc - Think I had 4 drinking related lapses in all but my diet is generally the best its been.
Wasnt expecting to get ripped in a month - no acai pills for me! Instead I know to get where I want, im going to have to be disciplined, and to continue training hard.

So there it is, im now near naked online (and its not a pretty sight..apologies for any distress caused!)
Next pics 4 weeks..will be having one blowout this month on sun (the superbowls as good a excuse as any for pizza and beer with the lads!)

Great results in the time-frame mate... that pink stepper (first pic) has done wonders for your delts, they're huge!

Tony..the missus took them...she didnt laugh though as i have taken her pretraining photo's too!
I'd like to point out the pink stepper is also hers!! (although i think its been used all of 3 times..)
Will definitely carry on training hard monkfish..i've completely rekindled my love affair with the gym, have never had so much motivation - now if only i can stay away from the bloody beer!
