Instead of taking pics, Ive decided to video instead, Here is a video of me doing some bad posing lol in the uni changing room (disabled toilets, lots of space), also sorry for tilting off camcorder, its annouying me too. I would be gratful if you guys could critique on what looks good or bad (out of proportion), baring in mind my goal is aesthetics and trying for a Mens health type physique, soon enough going to start swimming along with rugby twice a week on top on 4-5 heavy sessions. Some things Ive noticed and will work on are:

-Need more back thickness (mainly mid back)
    -Generally larger arms
    -Lower chest development
    -Calf work
    -little fat loss (lower abs)

Overall generally need to add more mass, today Im a little bloated so Im usually a little leaner around the obliques. Back video uploading.

Good work, if you're going for mens health physique you need about another 10lb of mass and you'll look absolutely tonk!

Yea I know man, by perfecting reps you mean strict form? To be honest Im about 95% strict, very rarely do I cheat myself, Nutrition well, I posted my diet, of what I usually eat, no junk hitting on 3,400kcal a day but I dont think its enough, as Im not gaining quickly enough, Ive switched from semi skimmed to full fat milk now so tweaking diet a little, still no junk food just concerned about overall macros as protein, carbs are ok but fat intake varys.

    I would focus on:

    Deltoids, esp middle/side
Some back mass and especially lats and traps.
Suprisingly i recommend building your upper pecs, in proportion to the current lower but overall increase in mass in the chest would be good, this would be in combination with doing plenty of back work to bring your shoulders back and give you a proud chest.

Sounds like a plan, I know I need alot more back mass, working hard on inclines for chest also, Just trying to get it all into the sessions, would love a seated cable row in my gym for mid back.
