Range between 190-205lbs usually - 5'10
Deadlifts: can usually knock out 500lbs for 6-7 reps
Bench: still struggling with 300lbs
Squat: 400-450 for 8 reps
Do you take roids or are you just naturally very good physique + long time training?
(if you dont take roids then that is very impressive)

Thanks all - and yes I have done some cycles in the past.
Pretty instinctive - always build my training around the three basics (bench, squat, deadlift...barring any injuries) and the rest of the workouts I vary each week.
