    Deadlifts: can usually knock out 500lbs for 6-7 reps
    Bench: still struggling with 300lbs
    Squat: 400-450 for 8 reps

    Do you take roids or are you just naturally very good physique + long time training?

    (if you dont take roids then that is very impressive)

    Nothing wrong with that! What kind of long term training plan do you follow? Is it just switching things round now and again or is it periodised?

    Pretty instinctive - always build my training around the three basics (bench, squat, deadlift...barring any injuries) and the rest of the workouts I vary each week.
