If I'm going to comment in a guys thread then the least I can do is add something to what the actual topic is about ie the guy posting his pics.

EDIT- in case you missed it, do you plan on competing Nath?

That's a goal I'm working to, either later this year or next.

    lol at the edit.

I just dragged the coment over from the side thread that sprouted, as obviously you were asking it in this thread but it got moved to the other one.

Diets pretty simple. found out the low carb route works well for me so lots of protein (roughly 350g a day) but low carbs, although at the moment trying to put on a bit of mass so adding things like oats, sweet potato.

    Good physique mate.

What would a typical days diet look like for you?
I am in the process of cleaning up my diet so I can continue to get strong but also stay lean at the same time. You appear to have it nailed,

    Thanks mate:
    Well today's food is
4 am 250gr of white fish & peas
10 am Protein Shake + 35 gr of mixed nuts
1 pm 250gr of white fish with a medium sweet potato
    3 pm Train
    5 pm Post workout shake
8 pm 400gr of minced turkey + 100 gr of oats

Been adding oats and sweet potatoes as a carb source since I'm trying to put on a bit of mass at the moment - when I'm dieting down though I reduced these amounts or even eliminate them entirely depending on how my body feels during that week.
