Back is a big let down with me at the moment (not to bad strength wise and have always stuck with the basics since they get the job done, but just doesn't translate into that much growth).

Training split is like this at the moment:
Mon: Chest, Hams & Calves
Tues: Arms
Weds: Off
Thurs: Back
Fri: Quads & Calves
Sat: Off
Sun: Delts & Traps
Weight? Height?
