I'd also like to point out that in that second pic I am tensing, I don't want to create the wrong impression that that's how I am naturally... I look very bloated if I don't tense haha

looking good jake, very ripped, you definitely need to bulk now, try a lean bulk though (well you could get away with a dirty bulk now, then clean bulk from then on)

reminds me of my physique when i played b'ball haha (now i look like michelin man meets a body builder lol)

Mate, I'd tried, several times, my mum kicks off when I buy free range eggs, cos she uses cooks value eggs, like 50 for a a few quid or something daft... I live with my mum and step dad, mum has her own wedding cake business that's very slow, and my step has his own building maintinance business which again is very slow, so we don't have a great deal of money coming in... I only pay £120/month board so buying my own food's not a big issue, It's just when I come in with 3 or 4 tescos bags and they look at me as if to say, is the stuff we bought not good enough? So they'll buy some chicken, but instead of buying plain fillets, they'll shell out money for those double fillets in the metal trays covered in cheese or other high sat fat stuff, and they'll get mad if I don't eat it, it's like we're goin round in circles... I bought some organic peanut butter, "What's wrong with the one in the fridge?" nothing mum, besides it's passed it's use by date, it cost 50p for a big jar and it's not good for you!

    Sorry rant over...

...I've just made my mum cry by what I wrote in my card, I'm a super softy at heart!

    And cheers Suj!

Your abs are ridiculous, but as the others said you want a bulk so you look as good in a t-shirt as you do shirtless

Cheers, I do wanna achieve that look, where my shape is defined when wearin a tee not just a fitted one, I don't wanna bulk loads to be honest, I'm very happy with how I looked yesterday midwork out, did chest/tris, other than that I'd like to get some bigger lasts and bigger bis, aswell as some more defined/bigger traps... question, on what day would I do shrugs?

    Mon- chest/tri's
    Tues - back/bi's
    Wednesday - shoulders/abs/obliques
    Thursday - Legs/light chest
Friday - Barbell exercises, clean n press etc n bis

I wasn't sure whether to do shrugs on my shoulder day, or today?

    Very lean physique mate!

You could get bigger if you're 160lb at 6ft 1in, but that'd be through preference more than necessity. If you're not fussed about taking to the stage then just slowly lean bulk - you wont have to get fat to add weight if you're not in a hurry.
