Cheers for the responses again guys, I'm surprised you've said shoulders lack, as alot of people often say my shoulders stand out, but I'll certainly take it on board... Everyone could do with some bigger delts IMO... and I find them one of the most difficult muscles to increase, in regards to mass... I love doin shoulders anyway, will have to look out proper form for power cleans, and power shrugs... I do clean and jerks but i know for a fact my forms terrible, I hardly use my legs at all... and usually do 3 or 4 sets on 50/50kg, I know I could lift alot more if I got my form right... Just hard practicising it in the gym I'm at... hardly no one does it and there's alot of posers there, who just stare...

again though, on what day to do shrugs? with shoulders or back?

Do shrugs with shoulders, or if you do them with back use straps as they will tire out your grip before other back exercises, or if you do them after back your grip will hold you back.

With olympic lifting, start with just the bar and get technique right. Personally I don't see great value in olympic lifts for hypertrophy, however, their constituent parts, eg front squat, hang clean, power shrugs, push press are very good, and they work extremely well for conditioning, if set up correctly.

Right, think I'll do them on shoulder days.... I use straps when doin pretty much all back exercises, as my grip gives up pretty fast... Gotta referee tonight, so having the night off from the gym, back on it tomorow... And yeah with regards to power cleans etc, one of the only exercises that make me physically sweat... gets my whole body pumping...
