Cheers for the response, I play basketball once a fortnight and ref once a fortnight, sometimes on the same night so I guess that could contribute to keepin trim, other than that I don't do any cardio, do a couple of sets of leg raisers on a flat bench and some decline sit ups, sometimes with a plate... it's mainly down to diet though, before you could kind of see the top 4, but only lately have the bottom ones appeared...

I'm gradually getting bigger, don't wanna bulk too much, and I'd also like to try and stay lean if possible, but I'll certainly take the advice on board and get eating... Thanks again

Looking ripped there mate! Very well done for getting that lean. What was your diet/calorie breakdown to get to that? I agree with HTTK just add some mass slowly and you shouldn't pack that much fat on, if you do, you could easily get rid of it in a couple of weeks!

I'm 21, about 6ft, maybe 6'1'' and weigh around 160lbs it fluctuates, the other morning I was 159, when I weighed myself earlier I was 164, got some real nice scales, should of been £70! but I work at debenhams so got some decent discount on them, they read your bmi If i could be ***** to configure the thing...

And as regards to my diet, I've just cut out all the crap I used to eat, I used to eat alot of sweets, sugary foods, just lots of chocolate, crisps and jellies, like £1 mixes, now I jus have a few sweets at work, and try my hardest not to eat them on a night... I've spent alot of money on food to be honest, the majority of my wages goes on eating healthily but I'm glad it's paying off... Just to clarify to some people, although I live at home, I buy pretty much all my own food, as my mum/step dad shop at iceland buying frozen ready meals...
