    Hi guys

I have 4.5 months left till I go on holiday, and I'm pretty slim with a belly and wanted to get my body sorted as much as possible before I get to the beach!

    Im 21, 63kg/140pounds,176cm
    Waist around belly button 77cm
    chest around nipple line 85cm

Photo below from today (everything flexed)..... have been going to the gym the past month with no real plan as such, just working on cardio and weight machines and free weights to get my strength up.

I just need a direction to head in, having read so many articles I dont know which one is for me! Is 4 months enough time to bulk and cut or should I focus on building lean muscle? My diet has changed considerably going from a nearly all carb and fat diet to mainly protein and carbs, not sure if i'm eating enough calories though.

Feel free to ask questions if it will help you give me some sort of plan to get my strength and size up + decreased body fat.

    Thanks!

I think that you should start bulking with some good Gainer and try to work full body 2 or 3 time a week during 2-3 month.

I'd recommend getting a full body wax...

Also as focusing on stronglifts, check out the beginner section, eat lots of whole foods, limit your cardio for now...

Don't bother waxing, coming from a guy who is exactly as hairy as you, i've had my back waxed. Was uncomfortable and spotty/rashy for a few weeks, hair started growing back in about a month, was back to normal in like 8 weeks. Not worth going through unless your absolutely terrified of hair, much easier to accept ourselves and be confident as we are imo.

As has been said, read the beginner sections look into stronglifts 5x5 StrongLifts 5×5 Beginner Strength Training Program | StrongLifts.com

It was only said in jest, I'd hate to be that hairy, I have hairy legs and a hairy gouche but I trim my crown and thankfully don't have any hair on my chest n very little on my back...

    Welcome to the forum
I'd bulk cleanly if I were you mate - you seem pretty leanish to start off, so I don;t think you'd need to cut for quite a while yet

Bulk = eat over maintence, train 4 days a week, rest 3 days, vary workouts every month or so, best way to increase calories in through fats, keep protein high and carbs can be adjusted to taste as can fat.
