    I think he means obliques ;-) they aren't as prominent as some but that could be due to genetics, mine are like that.

    @Toby I think you have good mass, a cut then bulk would be good right now. Get rid of the excess and build up on top of what you have! Back needs more, you look much bigger from the front.

    I'd switch the pull-downs for pull-ups mate - improved overall back stimulation.

    Good progress, I think you're right to focus on delts and lats primarily - this will give you an upper width. How are your legs?

    Cheers guys, hip flexors/obliques are actually pretty good but get over shadowed by the chubby belly. I do chins for my back, I'm just adding wide grip pulldowns to focus on width later in the workout.

    Military press - 65 x 4 is my best. I work on about 55 for 5x 5-8 though.
    Push Press - I do these with hang cleans in one movement. Exhausting.

    Currently bulking with 3-4k cals per day. Putting muscle back that I lost whilst my shoulder was injured and in a couple of weeks will start chopping 500kcal a week and transition into a cutting diet.
