Can't see it mate. Try again?
Throwing this up now, and will throw up another one in 5 weeks or so after my current bulking cycle.
I think I need to work on overall size, but width over thickness but any other feedback would be appreciated. Body weight is 84kg and height 5ft11.
I should note that I have injured my shoulder through rugby so will be re-assessing bulking goals this week:-(

Also got a front relaxed. Again more overall size is needed and posture. Getting set for a 6 week cut in may/june
Any throughts on improvement areas? Aside from more muscle mass (and fat loss in the summer) I think the main areas that need developing are back width and side delts.
width and thickness for back and chest then after you have worked on that cut fat as you said.

Cheers. Traps have always been ridiculous, and my strong exercises are: rows, deadlifts and clean variations...not sure which is the cause of which....
Shoulder permitting I'm hammering wide grip pulldowns and lat raises - after the respective heavy lifts for those body parts and getting 3500-4000kcal per day normally at least 250g protein, and has been as high as 400g.
Will probably cut for 6-8 weeks gradually reducing calories and carbs ending with 3 weeks of super low carbs. Previously 4 week low carb cycles have worked well, but haven't ended up that lean as I was too fat going into the 4 weeks. Will try and grab a post cutting photo.
