Bet you're feeling the gains whilst sparring being so much lighter, every step you're carrying that much less weight, adds up to a lot in however many minutes you go for, good effort

Definitely, rounds are only 2 minutes but you feel a real difference.

The biggest difference is facing off against a guy who's 80kg vs a guy who's 90kg.

Trying to do a final push down to 76kilos now and then I'll be extremely happy if I can hit that!

Ok so after hitting the 75kilo mark with an extreme diet I've gone back up to around 79kg

These are my before cut photos, sadly no progress whatsoever since the last lot, a little bit more fat if anything.

I'm hoping to diet down (steadily this time) to around 74kg and then hopefully stay around that mark. I've re-started SL5x5 and am hoping eating sensibly is going to produce magic.

Any guesses on bodyfat would be fantastic. Hopefully this is another stage in me getting my behind back into gear and motivated for results.

Solid weight loss. But make sure you put an emphasis on training legs aswell, especially if you are planning to put on some muscle after your big cut.

Looking good dude. You can get fat calipers for 99p on ebay or those accumeasure ones for about £10. They are a really good investment and make it much easier to work out how many calories you need per day.
