    Hi all,

I thought I'd put up me pics to try and motivate me into the great summer push for a 4pack.

So the first pics are about 4months before i started boxing and at the time I felt i was in pretty damn good shape, i actually thought I was about 7lbs off a 6pack These were taken 09-05-08

    I am 5'10" and weighed about 15st 8lbs

I then took up boxing got battered interclub sparring by some dude who was the same weight but about 6ft4" and ripped

So I began my campaign for weight loss, I'm still not there but as i say hopin to see some form of abs by this summer

Is this the time to start doing a shed load of crunches or should I just hope diet will reveal them?

Also how much would a tan help my campaign?

    Huge improvement.

Abs are all diet though, keep on loosing weight and you'll start seeing them in no time.

Don't bother with crunches... abs like clean foods and compounds.

Excellent progress mate, if you've seen these improvements then keep doing what you're doing - it's working!
