Okay, so. The first picture is when i just started. Being a swimmer, everyday i never really had time to go to the gym.
This first picture, was back when i was 15 and about 3 months. On holiday. Further away from my standing pick atm. But i couldn't find any other OLD photos from when i started. I used to have some on my computer but my HDD died not long ago. So anyways,

Monday - Back and Legs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Arms.
I only have access to a multi gym at home, and a few weights. Weighing at about 30kg, and 2 dumbell bars and a barbell. That's all im using as it stands until after my exams when my dad buys me 100kg and a new bench.
