    Hi there. I'm new to the thread. Looking for opinions of where i should go now ie big bulk, big cut. Currently 5'9, 82KG. No idea of bodyfat, its def not as low as it should be but i like lifting heavy weights too much to diet for long!

    Squat 140
    Bench 100

    so just keep going as you are mate, I think the same as you. I've got a holiday in 2 weeks that I really should have started to cut back some weight for a few weeks back but I'm loving the numbers I'm posting at the minute so don't want the stalling that will come with the holding back of kcals.
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

    If your enjoying lifting heavy weights, your lifts are going up and your happy with yourself, then i would just keep on eating and hitting those PBs! Nice lifts!

    It depends what your goal is IMO. If aesthetics is your goal, cut, assess where you are in terms of mass and then try and bulk without adding too much fat. If strength is your goal, carry on as your are. If it's a mix of both, personally, I'd cut, but then thats down to what you want to do.

    Cheers for the comments. I am gonna keep doing what i'm doing at the mo and try to get the lifts going up and up!
