So, ever since I can remember I have been able to see my veins quite clearly. When I was a massively skinny boy it was really obvious.

I've been working out for about 4 years now (am 21) and I've always gotten pretty pumped. However I am now starting to get too pumped and on the last couple of bicep curls for example it is actually painful and feels like I'm gonna rupture something.

What do u think? am I just at the extreme end of vascularity or is there anything I can do?

Here is a pic of my right arm with a bit of a pump (not during workout just at home)

Get a tan so they dont look green!

But yes that is pretty ridiculous vasularity... maybe if you want it to be less you should avoid vasodilatiors such as pump supplements etc.

And maybe use more vasoconstrictors such as caffeine and antihistimines?

Im not an expert though maybe go to docs if its a problem. If it really bothers you then increasing BF will make them less visable.

Looks immense. I can't really offer any advice other than count yourself lucky!

Edit: Just seen another thread where you say you use NO2 products... I'm sure you're aware that they cause a pump/more vascularity, so I'm not really sure why you've opened this thread and asked for advice?

You complain about vascularity and then you say you take NO2 products.. I think you are just trying to show off.

If you are very lean with low levels of subcutaneous fat you can get good vascularity like that. You can also have specific areas of your body where there are low leves of subcutaneous fat so that veins are more prominent in those regions than others.

I'm probably the only one, but this immediately made me think about the Family Guy where Stewie does bodybuilding.

The only place I have visible veins is my hands and feet. I'm female, but I have low vascularity even for a woman. I remember having a blood test at the age of 13 and it took them six attempts to find a vein in my arm.
