    In my opinion male gymnasts look unbelievable. I did gymnastics for my uni and although I was pretty rubbish, the good guys had the most unbelievable physiques having never stepped foot in a gym!... though they were all a fair bit shorter than I (my height is the excuse I like to use for why I never got that good Any extra kg is another kg to have to heft on apparatus like the rings, high bar or parallel bars!

    One of the girls had far better abs than me !!

    Also checked out the shoe thread and laughed myself senseless!!! Although it is making me reconsider the level of douche-bagginess (if that is even a word of some of my posts!!!

    Calisthenic training is powerful and seemingly underated. When i get to my target weight, i may look into trying a pure calisthenic training program for a while. Gymnasts have unbelievable upper body strength. There was one at my old gym. Could single arm pullup with 30kg round his waist with ease! He didnt use free weights at all! Crazy stuff.
