If your feeling light as a feather and have a high proportion of bf, we all know muscle is denser than fat, so this indicates as james said a good power to weight ratio, youd probably be good at powerlifting or such sports in the same area

Are you quite a short chap? Because you do look quite muscular for 10st 10... Maybe because you are shorter in stature?

*Edit* Ah sorry I missed the end of the second page... You are 5ft 6, I was wondering why your arms look bigger than mine but I am 5ft 10 and 12 stone.

Very balanced physique mate. Great V, and your arms/delts aren't out of proportion to your legs etc. which is why you look bigger/heavier than you actually are.

Would do well in a bodybuilding comp on a full cut, and could get into one of the lighter classes where you'd have a competitive amount of mass.

What's the plan now, keep cutting? Lean bulk?
