Hey mate, looking good. What was your diet like?
Hey guys, thought I'd finally post some pics of myself (need to get a lot better, but have to start somewhere)
Here's me after 3 months good training and pretty good diet, I have seen progress, I had before pictures. now only have one which is of my back. Need to get one of my back now, but it's got better, but I'm happy with it and my strength.
All advice appreciated, I need to hit that love handle area, so anything on that would be great and appreciated. Bring on more training and good diet!

My diet now to get here? or before?
Need to put even more hard work in now to get rid of that love handle area, and build my shoulders up a bit more. Happy with my progress, 3 and years ago before training and decent diet I was 17 stone and a 40 waist at 18.

Haha shocked Suj? Thanks mate for the compliment, you helped me a lot, with great advice over the last year and a half when I asked.
Only regret I have with the weight loss was I didn't eat enough protein and practically had no muscle in my upper bdy (lower body was fine because of football).
Now I'm on the up and by next year want to be looking even better.I'm 13 stone 8 at the moment, 6 foot tall, 34 waist.
Hodi would you like me to give you a rough idea of my diet now?
I'm no expert but feeling good, trying to maintain what I have an get leaner.

Nope haven't, the time I was going to I picked up a bad ankle injury. Do you do them after a workout or on a seperate day?
