Nice pics mate, can see a definite improvement, and looking quite cut in the second set.
Bulking isn't really my area of expertise, but errr... eat more?![]()

A typical day diet would be..
Granary toast, two poached eggs
Tuna or chicken pasta salad
Banana and protein bar
work out
TrueWhey shake and a meal, usually red or white meat, maybe fish with rice/wholemeal pitta bread
I wanna increase calorie intake but not sure which foods would be ideal whilst being able to maintain the lean look. I'm aimming for lean muscle, core strength.... not so much size.
I have (as of yesterday) start creapump to attempt to retain my 'gym pump' - if it did I'd be happy at that size.
You checked the stickies in the diet forum?
If you want to add more muscle, then you will have to add *some* fat. Exactly how much that is depends on how you set up your diet.
Very basically, if you want to add mass, try eating just above your maintenance calories, see what happens on the scales and in the mirror, and go from there.

Nice mate, superb improvements, how long did that take?
Thanks
Thats over 9 months, simple dietery change did the trick, mostly carbs cutting; not totally mind, I had oats for in my breakfast shake and rarely ate carbs after midday. Lack of energy for training was somethig to contend with, but soon got used to it. Introduced complex carbs back into my diet after people kept telling me I was getting too skinny - which is good critique. Hopefully I can sustain whislt adding a bit of size.
