This is moi. I've shaved the chest now though. Can actually see my man boobs now. First picture is about two years ago.
Pulled a chest muscle (arm wrestling my brother while drunk). I lost (on both arms).
Guess that's what happens when you work in an office, and your brother does loft conversions.
Therefore have been doing just legs and shoulders solidly for the last four weeks.
All types of exercises, that I wouldn't normally do.
Can start to see the difference in my legs. Need to give all my workouts this intensity, and learn to swap the exercises around and shock the body a bit.
Haven't done a squat for a few weeks. Done some yesterday, and found them a lot lot easier.
Guess just shows how building up the stabilising muscles help a lot.
You learn from your mistakes. Upwards and onwards.
Arms definatly look bigger. All round bulked up.
You are in great shape...and actually you look bigger and bulkier which is a great look! You should be chuffed with that!
Um, thanks for the compliments. Trying to bring up the legs and calfs at the moment to the same size, so can't really lose any weight at the time being (to bring in that v shape that every keeps talking about).
