    So the pollock/jackson method puts me at 4% which is ridiculous. Im just not getting on with the calipers !

    What do you guys think ? Camera isnt too great so cant see loads of definition but in the mirror i can start to make out the individual muscles of my bicep, and the same for my pecs

    defo sub 15% i'd say
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

    yea Gf was staying in woodland court (new accom)..miles better than ****ty mendip pods, which they've got rid of now lol

    A common mistake people make with calipers is not pinching enough skin. You need to start the pinch wide and really make sure you gather up enough skin, other wise you will get artificially low readings.

    And also not taking the reading from the correct position.
    And when using those cheap plastic tat callipers not exerting the correct or even same amount of pressure between readings.
