    OK, as some of you will know I dont train for physique, but every now and then I can't help flexing teh biceptz lol

    Greyscale pic is 5 months ago weighing approx 275lbs (19st 9lbs). Colour pic was taken on Friday weighing 285lbs (20st 5lbs) Not a groundbreaking difference, but my back is thicker and lats are more prominent. I put this down to the heavy Deads and Rows over the last couple of months as well as paying more attention to my diet.

    Looking great mate. You should get a tattoo across those LATs saying "BEAST"!! Looks like there has been a decrease in bodyfat as well!
