Once you have already gained the muscle then lost size it comes back really easily as soon as you start lifting the weights you were before and eating more.
more out of curiosity to be honest with knowing body fat, at the moment my training is more leant to strength rather than just muscle which in turn is helping to add muscle, add in few 8-10 rep range sets every now and again, i think eventually i will move to train purly for aesthetics as it move closer to summer time and beach weather![]()
