    first i lost 18lbs through dieting and running


    then i started doing high reps of low weights at the gym and slowly built up the weight over about 5/6 weeks



    5 weeks progress




    tried to stick to a low carb high protein diet ,my typical lunch

    That's some excellent progress there, what's the red stuff on the lunch though? Looks like Salsa sauce or something!

    Do like the look of it though, wish I could make mine look as presentable

    Great progress cherry! Congrats!

    I find it annoying how females can just make anything they make look presentable. Im sitting here eating 3 hard boiled eggs in a bowl and bowl of beef mince

    Hahaha pretty food always tastes so much better. As I photograph my food I have to take the time to make it look good

    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.
