Some guys here will be familar with my prev pics (cut), you can view my profile to see them, here is a recent update of how my own mass and diet training is going, just a snippet of what I do before shoulders session for a warm up:

p.s: GYM was FREEZING, dont advise this, but cnt show progress with a jumper on haha. & I know there are leg sceptics haha thats what I plan to take another video in coming weeks of the wheels. This is half way through my mass training so another 4 month to go.

2nd part of warm up, just finished some punch bags, im not by means a boxer but I know how to land a dig and im big into my van damn now so might start using the leg aswell haha, just messin about really.

You do look to have added some decent mass there. Are you still using the trainer? (Not a dig - genuine question)

Not a dig - looking a fair bit bigger. I think a short vid can give a better idea of a person's physique than a thousand pictures. Are you focussing on gaining strength to get bigger?

Strength is a big part of what Im doing but so is hypertrophy. What im doing isnt one or the other I like to call it variance training, which is a mix match of everything really, im all into the idea of making the body think twice.

any chance you could post up your diet to have a look at? I am currently in rehab after numerous shoulder operations and need to add some mass before my return to rugby. I am really trying to work on my diet as it lets me down.

4,200-300 on workout days & 3,500-4,000 non workout days.

The key however is I constantly rotate my sources of nutrition, its rarely the same 2 days in a row, I feel if your eating happy and not getting fed up, youll lift happy if that makes sense.
