    these are some old photos taken about 5 months ago
    im basicaly relaxed and there not specific poseing
    they where taken abroad and im dehydrated and sweaty ahha
    ive put some size on since then but nothing too drematic
    good/bad points ?
    what can i work on ?

    decent base there, legs are the worst bit of you, work on those and get a balanced physique. Lift heavy and eat well but over maintenence calories and youll grow.

    well as u can see they need alot of work
    just a thought but if i training them with shoulders on monday
    and then with arms on thursday
    and maybe one day light one day heavy ?

    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,

    Get away from a bodypart split if you want to put on some decent mass. Go for an upper/lower 4 day a week routine, centre the four days around:

    1. Deadlift
    2. Bench
    3. Squats
    4. Chins or Military press.

    If you hit the above hard and heavy with progressive resistance, plus some assisstance exercises you'll grow like a weed, it'll also bring those legs up to speed.
