First off I actually have been an MP poster but I've started a new account because I'm ashamed how I've let my training stop.
So here goes my new progress pics.

Would love some critique and advise as I progress.
I'm going to keep taking them with and without my vest because I used to fill out this vest quite well and it's one way of spurring myself on.
(p.s. sorry I haven't got pics of lower half yet, my camera is attached to my comp - will sort this soon)

Weekly would just be pointless wouldn't it?

monthly is good to see progress, but it's not set in concrete.
MIX THOUGHLY BEFORE USE
Theres a guy on you tube who took a photo every day for the 90 day transformation he did and put it together like a flick book, it looked pretty cool doing it that way. Wouldnt worry about it too much though, it really depends whether you need the pictures for motivation.
Personnally scale weight and gym performance are my measures as looks arent my primary concern.
